An amazing 43% of women menopauses and postmenopauses feel younger than they really are, according to new research.
The survey of 1,000 menopause and 1,000 women postmenopaous found that, despite the pain, pain and emotional side effects of menopause, many feel younger than expected, and many of them have to do with a positive mindset and a life approach, according to the study.
Directed by Talker Research and commissioned by Solaray, the study uncovered some of the most unexpected symptoms of menopause, how this stage has influenced the life, relationships and images of women and how they have used it as an opportunity to contact their bodies.
According to the study, the most unexpected menopause symptoms for women surveyed were flashes (40%), nocturnal sweat (34%), weight gain (28%), mood changes (23%), insomnia (21%) and joint and muscle badge (20%).
Along with physical symptoms, the study also revealed that menopause is a multidimensional challenge for women, affecting their relationships, work and self-perception.
Most respondents (55%) confess that menopause symptoms have adversely affected their romantic relationships, 38%said that symptoms have caused them to fight at work, and most of them (66%) said that menopause symptoms have hurt their sense of self and self.
In addition to autoimage struggles, most (72%) consider aging to be portrayed differently for men and women in the media and pop culture, and 68% said that women are seen as “older” rather than men as they grow old.
“We have commissioned this study to highlight the difficulty and multifaceted menopause for women,” said Max Willis, director of Innovation and Solaray Sciences. “However, the research found that while menopause is a significant challenge for women, it does not prevent them from living their lives to the fullest. It is a bewilderment and inspirational to see women menopauses and postmenopause that address this stage of life, gracefully aging and continuously evolving.
The investigation found that a disgust of seven out of 10 women menopause or postmenopause feels more in tune with their bodies than ever and 67% said they are more aware of health with each passing day.
This is possibly for this, the majority (58%) believe that the best of life is yet to come.
The study emphasized how women use menopause as an opportunity to contact themselves, get to know their body and health better.
Contributing to this improvement in health, women quoted daily exercise (54%), a vitamin regime or supplement (51%), best mental well -being (47%) and a more consistent sleep (44%).
For those who feel younger than they are, many said that everything is to remain active, exercise and healthy eating, and others said that this is a positivity, optimism and growth mentality.
One of the respondents summarized it well by saying, “I feel like only discovering -and who I am and what I like very much.”
Many women feel happier these days, with the main reasons for negativity (48%), having a better care of their global health (47%) and adopting their age (47%).
And as they have aged, respondents have realized that they make wiser decisions (45%), defending themselves (43%), feeding important relationships (39%) and cultivating high self-esteem (39%).
To navigate the complexity of the donation, the survey asked respondents to write their secrets to a happy life and discover common themes about positivity, meaningful relationships, they were in charge, they had purpose, build community and always looking down.
“As the respondents said so wise, many of the secrets of happiness involve an optimistic attitude and a conscious approach to health in life,” Willis said. “Life is about taking things one day at a time and taking care of it well, so you can enjoy the moment and appreciate what life offers.”
When it comes to the tips that they would like to give their young people, the respondents said that “they work yourself every day and encourage your relationships”, “you are in tune with yourself and” they live right now. “
