A French woman’s homemade dinner caused her fury from her North -American boy who wanted a burger, according to a viral place.
The woman said she moved from France to the United States two years ago and has been treating digestive problems since then, according to her publication.
“For some reason, the food here hurts me,” he wrote. “My body seems to fight to digest it.”
“Whether it’s a restaurant or a luxury restaurant … I can’t go to the bathroom for days, or violently vomit,” the woman added.
Expatriates consulted medical professionals and, after multiple tests, was told that his body was probably “not used to the amount of salt and preservatives” in American food.
After incorporating more whole foods into his diet, his health improved, he said.
She wrote that she started to cook meals from scratch.
“My father is actually a chef back home, so he was more than happy to send -some recipes to keep my diet interesting,” he said.
But one of his recipes, a “delicious” vegetarian lasagna made from scratch, trapped the anger of his north -American couple.
When he asked what he was for dinner, the boyfriend “shot his eyes” when he learned that he was Lasagna, wrote the woman.
)[H]He was ill of “this organic shit” and wanted a cheese burger, “he said.” The comment hurt. “
She said she told her that “it was unfair to eat my diet.”
The woman also clarified that she had no intention of discomfort to the North -Americans and said she liked to live here, and those who shared comments were mostly with her.
“You are not responsible for feeding an older man because he does not want to make the effort,” he read one of the most important comments.
While most commentators supported her, some wondered if the post was even real.
“Because this happened totally, what in the world you have eaten since you have been in the United States?” A person interrogated.
“In today’s America, it is not mandatory for the woman to cook her boyfriend or her husband a meal every night.”
Carole Lieberman, MD, a psychiatrist based in Beverly Hills, California, told Fox News Digital that the Reddit poster seems to have an “excellent taste in food, but the bad taste in the bride and groom”.
He added: “In today’s America, it is not mandatory for the woman to cook her boyfriend or her husband a meal every night, and she is definitely not a meal that the woman cannot eat -many couples share duties of preparation for meals and even enjoy.”
Lieberman, who lived in France for years, also showed that food is generally better than what most North -Americans eat.
“The problem is that your boyfriend has come to wait at home cooked meals every night because you have spoiled her,” he observed, talking to the woman who shared his story.
“You feel right to dictate the menu too.”
“You may have to remember,” there are many North -American men who would be happy to have a French girlfriend for them. “
Lieberman encouraged the Redditor to re -evaluate his relationship.
“You may have to remember,” there are many north -Americans who would be happy to make a French girlfriend cook for them, regardless of whether he is making vegetarian lasagna or beef escalope. “
